What is Cario Kickboxing?
Cardio Kickboxing is an intense workout that boasts metabolism, tones muscle and cuts weight. This workout is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. Movements include kicks, punches, crunches and jumps. Cardio Kickboxing helps you get into shape, develop self-defense techniques and gain self-confidence.
Cardio Kickboxing at Victory Martial Arts
There is nothing routine about our program. Our instructors are always introducing new combinations, new movements and new music. A one hour workout at our Cardio Kickboxing class can burn as few as 350 calories or up to 800 calories.
